About the Role
Help strengthen the brand of AIA in Hong Kong and Macau, this candidate will act as a brand guardian to execute the integrated marketing campaign, ensuring marketing deliverables are in line with Brand Guidelines. This position will need to independently implement effective integrated marketing and social media campaigns to promote AIA brand, customer-centric products and services.
Be part of AIA's Marketing team as a Brand Strategy & Excellence Specialist and contribute to our mission of building a healthier, more balanced future for Hong Kong and Macau. In this role, you will play a key role in upholding our brand image by completing integrated marketing campaigns and ensuring high-quality marketing materials that adhere to AIA's Brand Guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Implement well-rounded social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Technically monitor performance, optimize ads, and track crucial metrics to ensure success.
  • Construct engaging, platform-native content for online channels, including Facebook, Instagram, We Chat, Xiao Hung Shu, and Linked In. Supervise content calendars and ensure a detailed posting schedule.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and expertly. Address customer inquiries or concerns to foster a positive brand image.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer and Growth Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Strategic Alliances, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and agencies as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, platform updates, and standard methodologies in the industry. Find opportunities for innovation and growth in the social media space.
  • Accomplish projects and initiatives within timelines and budget, ensuring adherence to Brand Guidelines, corporate guidelines, compliance requirements, and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with agencies, including creative and media agencies, as well as other vendors such as design houses, event companies, production houses, and printers. Ensure all deliverables are of high-quality standard and good value.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience, with a focus on social media management, preferably within financial institutions.
  • Proven capability to successfully implement coordinated marketing strategies in line with business objectives, using an understanding of target audience, brand positioning, and messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
  • Capacity to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic social media landscape. Flexibility to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing trends and platform algorithms.
  • Understanding of Brand Guidelines and reputation management in the social sphere.
  • Offer mentorship to social media agencies.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and their advertising tools. Familiarity with emerging platforms and trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in crafting engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is beneficial.
