Founded in 1984 by Group Chairman & CEO Dr. Jimmy Tang MH JP, Prince Jewellery & Watch has developed its progressive business expansion with 16 branches in Hong Kong.

With its flagship store located in Prestige Tower in Tsimshatsui, Prince Jewellery & Watch is renowned for carrying many international watch brands, such as Cartier, FRANCK MULLER, Chopard, Omega, Breguet, Longines, Carl F. Bucherer, Parmigiani Fleurier, etc.

Apart from carrying some of the greatest watch brands in the world, Prince also boosts a wide variety of yellow gold, 18K white gold, rose gold, platinum, yellow and pink diamond, and precious stones jewellery collection of exquisite and elegant design.

We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our expanding family with the following responsibilities:

Job Descriptions:
Lead the CRM team to ensure perfect execution at all level

Design, build, and implement CRM system and tools

CRM initiatives results analysis, including customer value growth, retention and loyalty

To set the KPIs & monitor the CRM performance on all areas

To work close with System vendors for the system development & enhancement

Develop and maintain documentation regarding CRM systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules

To coordinate promotion and daily operation activities

To perform training as needed

To ensure best communication and timely update on website

To handle customer enquiries and complaint

Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

At least 5-7 years' solid experience with CRM processes and tools, preferably in retail industry for both HK & PRC market

Self-motivated and a creative problem solver

Excellent project management skills

Strong team building and leadership skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels

Strong statistical & analytical capabilities is highly preferable

A good team player, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines

Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English

Proficient computer application skills, e.g. MS applications, Chinese word processing.

Immediate available is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior CRM Officer
