We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our expanding family with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of properties and perform asset portfolio analysis

Handle property management accounting profolio

Review lease agreements for premises and maintenance schedule for facilities

Perform leasing duties such as lease negotiation, tenancy administration, coordination of fitting out works, etc

Oversee renovation, repair and maintenance and to ensure all building related rules and regulations are met

Get and compare price quotes

Develop and maintain a good relationship with local authorities, agents, and other business contacts, and conduct market research

Perform or assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Property / Housing Management / Building Studies / Real Estate or equivalent

Minimum 7 years’ working experience in property management and leasing

Minimum 2 years’ of property management accounting experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong problem solving ability

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
