B2B Customer Service Officer (地鐵站附近, 高級寫字樓, 5days, 13months pay)

Responsibilities:
  • Build up and maintain long-term relationship with customer and provide professional customer service to key account.
  • Handle service requests from customers and relate the issues to relevant internal parties.
  • Handle hotlines customer service, provide contact service, support account groups with effective order management and service coordination.
  • Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling complex commercial products, services enquiries and applications.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • With call centre experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to detail, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is preferred
