Bank Manager -Hong Kong

Our client is an independent financial advisor that offers a diverse range of products and support services to business partners. They are now seeking for Associates (N1 Japanese Speaker) to join their team.
Job Description:
- Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate clients and syndicated loan arrangers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key financial institutions to secure new transactions across diverse sectors.
- Transaction Management:
- Prepare or review term sheets, outlining financial proposals and legal terms.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of borrowers and guarantors to compile comprehensive credit applications.
- Review financial and security documents, and facilitate the execution of financial contracts.
- Client Relationship and Coordination:
- Collaborate seamlessly with the middle and back-office teams on KYC, drawdown, and other operational matters.
- Manage banking procedures, including account opening, financial covenant monitoring, and KYC renewals.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as legal counsel, valuers, and other counterparties.
- Monitor clients' loan account activities and stay abreast of market developments.
- Cross-Functional Support:
- Provide support to senior colleagues and work across teams, as well as with headquarters' departments, to drive business growth.
- Fulfill all duties as instructed by supervisors and management, as required.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects assigned by senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of diverse experience in corporate and structured finance, including syndicated loans, shipping/aviation finance, and fund finance.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze corporate and transaction structures, and prepare comprehensive reports for the credit process in both Korean and English.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis, risk identification, and mitigation strategy development.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to a positive work attitude, with strong organizational and attention to detail.
- Independent, personable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Korean and English.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Based in Hong Kong.
급여: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 월급
