Summary

Job Description

How you will contribute

IN-STORE EVENT PLANNING AND SUPPORT:

Assist in in-store logistics execution, catering arrangement and planning of client events
Provide on-site support for all in-store events to ensure smooth operation
Support VIC client gifting allocation for stores and gifting ideas proposal
Assist in gifting production management locally
Handle invoicing and vendor management

DATA ANALYSIS & REPORT:

Support the team in extracting client target lists and dispatching client lists
Consolidate campaign results & achievements in template report format.
Generate regular CRM Campaign results, collection launch and ad hoc report requests
Prepare information for regular business meetings
Consolidate market Intelligence and prepare competitor’s report

Who you are

Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Well-organized with an attention to details
Able to work 3 days per week is highly preferred
