Brand Coordinator
Role: Full Time
Location: Hong Kong - Central (studio) & Tsim Sha Tsui East (office)
Labret is Hong Kong’s first premium ear piercing studio. At LABRET we're on a mission to deliver a clean, curated, and comfortable piercing experience for piercees of all ages. We're experts in the art of precision ear piercing. Our professional piercers use only the finest custom coated single-use needles - never uncomfortable, damaging guns.From classic lobe piercings to edgy forward helixes, we specialize exclusively in elevated ear experiences.
Based in our corporate office and Central studio, your job duties include contributing to marketing projects, developing a brand strategy, creating content for online brand presence, scheduling communications, and evaluating the progress of company initiatives associated with branding and messaging. You will be working closely with the founders to scale the business and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Spearhead the creation of brand communications, including print/digital advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, and in-store promotions, to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage new brand development initiatives including the creation of brand assets, guidelines and applications to ensure consistent implementation across all marketing materials
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, shows & sponsorships to enhance brand visibility, engage target customers and drive brand awareness

Studio Management:

• Responsible for overseeing the operations of retail stores.
• To lead, develop and implement sales strategies to excel in Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and ultimately Driving Results.
• Monitor sales team performance, motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams
• Communicate vision, strategy and clear directions to retail staff
• Monitor inventory levels and needs of the studio

Customer Service:

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Requirements:

• Bachelors degrees in marketing, business or a related field
• Excellent time management, project management and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving mindset
• Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Douyin
• Experience in managing a Shopify storefront
• Experience with jewelry, ear piercing or beauty service business is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Positive and high energy attitude
• Passionate about ear piercing experience and creating the perfect ear stack
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferrable
