Responsibilities:
To support daily operations and closely monitor the performance of Chiller and other E&M Plants so as to sustain a safe, reliable and cost-effective operations in Harbour City

To review maintenance standards, logs and data from Building Management System (BMS)

To formulate planned preventive maintenance with schedule and budget plan, execute with both quality and cost control for the aging plants and other associated components

To assist in implementing environmental management strategies and energy saving programme with detailed energy consumption analysis and forecasting

To supervise and monitor in-house frontline staff members, operators and contractors to ensure Company’s standard and performance targets are achieved

To assist in design, preparation of tender documents and vetting of engineering proposals

To compile comments on the building services plant / system modification and prepare for procedures and contingency plan as required

To develop project library within Company’s database for Chiller Plant operation and energy related matters

To attend emergency duties relating to system breakdown and O&M incidents

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

3 years of hands-on experience in Chiller Plant / MVAC / Building Service system operation and maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role for frontline

Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Preferably holds a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A0 or above

Merit will be given to those with experience in preparing or handling documents for tender, contract, project, and engineering proposal
