Job Description
Reporting to the Premises Manager, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth bus operations for all campuses.
Be the primary contact person between Bus Company and the School
To arrange the daily bus operations
To inspect and ensure all buses are in good working conditions with compliance to the safety regulations
Assist in the administration of the contractual agreement to meet the requirements for daily and ECA bus
Act as liaison with parents for concerns and special requests
Assist in the design of bus routes and bus sequence
To co-ordinate the bus route modifications
P&L for bus operations
Job Requirement

Tertiary Education or University Degree holder is preferred
Minimum 5 years of work experiences in customer services
At least 2 years of work experiences in providing high quality customer service
Working in any transportation company
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office packages for producing reports and presentations
Work in an Education Institution is an advantage
Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
