Job Description
Reporting to the Premises Manager, the candidate will be is responsible to provide pro-active assistance to the Facilities Management Team in all aspects:

To assist event setup and all logistic requests in school.
To perform manual labour work
To receive and dispatch documents and parcels within and outside of school
To assist the maintenance team for any related job tasks on daily basis to ensure staff requests are responded to in a timely manner.
To assist in routine checking to ensure all fire, electricity, plumbing, drainage and ventilation are working properly

To assist and ensure that all facilities deliveries are logged and signed for on collection by end user.
To understand other duties appropriate to the post that may reasonably be required from time to time.
Any other appropriate duties as allocated by your Line Manager and members of the school’s leadership team
Job Requirement
Form 5/Higher Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in similar role
Knowledge of school operations
Working in an educational establishment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Training in manual handling
