Job Description
Reporting to the Premises Manager, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent and quality cleaning, security, gardening, pest control and catering services for the school premises.

Work closely with the cleaning / security / catering contractors to plan and maintain an excellent cleaning / security / catering services for the school premises
Develop cleaning / security schedules for the school, including accidental damages and storage of hazardous materials
Provide training for their respective areas in order to meet the high operational standard of our school
Review the working performance of the cleaning / security / catering contractors on a regular basis
Ensure that the school premises are cleaned and safe in line with all applicable legislation, including health and safety
To work closely with technicians and caretakers for school maintenance needs
To assist the school projects in terms of administrative supports
To arrange tender renewal for each respective areas
To perform manual labour work
Job Requirement

Tertiary Education or University Degree holder is preferred
Minimum 2 years of work experiences in managing premises cleaning / security / catering services with both internal and external providers
At least 2 years of work experiences in providing high quality customer service
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office packages for producing reports and presentations
Work in an Education Institution is an advantage
Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
