About the Role:
My client is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join the team for a core banking system implementation project. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of their new core banking system, contributing to the bank's digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for the core banking system implementation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Conduct impact analysis and assist in making informed decisions regarding system configurations.
  • Provide expertise in core banking processes and functionalities to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Support testing activities and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6-10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, private banking experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of core banking systems and their implementation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
