Senior Manager, Balance Sheet Management/ALM - Large Corporate Bank

Key responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of Department and work in a team of less than 10
- Establish and maintain a framework for fund transfer pricing (FTP), including comprehensive methodologies, policies, and procedures
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the commercial balance sheet, considering variations in interest rates, liquidity management, funding structures, and overall market conditions
- Analyse trends in the balance sheet, evaluate resource indicators, estimate effects on profitability, and monitor strategic balance sheet initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on strategies for optimizing the commercial balance sheet, performance assessments, and actionable recommendations for the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO), senior management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Remain updated on market trends, industry changes, and regulatory developments
- Ensure compliance of all established controls and support stress testing duties where necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related
- 7+ year’s of experience in balance sheet management / corporate treasury / asset and liability management acquired from banks
- Business fluency in English and native level English communication skills
- Analytical and have good problem solving skills, able to work under pressure, proactive nature and hands-on attitude
