Qualifications & experience

Degree holder preferable in Business or Logistics management.
Min. 5 years of sales or account servicing experience in transport logistics industry.
Knowledgeable in e-platforms, cross-border e Commerce, and air freight forwarding.
Proficient in both English and Chinese.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Business mind-set, flexible, with can-do attitude.
Show drive to find solutions.
Able to work in teams with multi-cultural environment.
Business trips to China are required.

Tasks & responsibilities

To prospect, analyze, and recommend business solutions to major accounts from e-platforms, consolidators and direct e-sellers.
To make sales plan and meet the sales targets given by the company, ensuring continuous growth and maximizing returns.
To obtain information of market trends and customer needs, therefore providing insights to the management, with recommendations.
To establish business pipeline in parallel with sales plan, ensuring sales force efficiency and healthy new business development in line with sales and strategic plans.
To maintain regular contact and follow up with existing accounts, for maximum retention and sustainable business relationship.
To analyze trading portfolio and identify threat and opportunity.
Assist in business development activities related to logistics and warehousing.
Manage and coordinate special services relating to warehousing, local transport and airfreight as required.
Provide weekly sales updates and report and prepare for quarterly reviews.
