Position Campaign Specialist Department Studio Production Reports to Studio Production Team Lead APAC Stand-in Campaign Specialist Overall purpose and objectives Senior Campaign Specialist, is part of studio production team, is responsible for the technical implementation of client campaigns across different channels including email, web and mobile with HTML/CSS/JS knowledge required. Campaign Management optimizes custom html campaigns for mobile and desktop using best practice coding for rendering. Technical and display issues of campaigns are also managed and investigated by campaign specialists in studio production team, as well as optimizing different displays in different e-mail clients or across different mobile devices To figure out solutions and workaround to improve the technical standard and to troubleshoot are key important tasks Main tasks and duties
 Build user friendly CMS templates (Email, Mobile, Web) that can fulfill client requirements and aligned with best standard practice.
 Execution of email, mobile, web campaigns on Emarsys platform with HTML or using custom CMS Templates
 Checks for display issues (layout) and deliverability (spam, Inbox tests)
 Quality assurance and implementation of measures to improve or monitor deliverables.
 Using HTML/CSS/JS innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
 Coordinate with Customer Experience Specialist to complete and streamline the automation program in line with strategic concept
 Manage data to facilitate campaign and automation delivery including data import, segmentation creation, personalization rendering
 Support in coordinating campaign production and project delivery
 Manage multiple campaigns for different clients simultaneously
 Provide support to internal teams and client on campaign testing and data validation before campaign launch
 Proactively trouble shoot any campaign and data issue, and timely escalate to internal teams for better follow up Further tasks
 Report on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
 Research and testing of technical optimizations to improve display issues for different devices/browsers, staying up-to-dated with omnichannel marketing best practices, industry trend & technology
 Identify opportunities for production optimization
 Support internal department and global in-house workshops/projects
General requirements
 HTML, Java Script, CSS, SQL knowledge
 Knowledge of Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools for creative touch up for campaigns/demonstrations.
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Access
 Experience in data management tools
 Proven expertise in managing digital omnichannel campaign creation and production project delivery
 Very accurate and conscientious operational skills
 Very good in communication and collaboration
 Native in Cantonese, very good in both English speaking and written skills, Good in Mandarin
 Knowledge of other popular email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, mobile app development would be a plus Work Environment Hybrid (Working from home + Office in CWB – might be adjusted subject to potential changes of company policy) Onsite travel to Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan may be required
Working collaboratively with Emarsys’ Project Managers in Studio Production team and the fellows in Service team, you will assist with campaign execution, data segmentation, and program development to make sure that quality deliverables are completed promptly and align with client expectations. This is also a client-facing role in which you will manage communications with clients and partner agencies to gather requirements and facilitate discussions throughout the project delivery process. YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years’ experience in a campaign production role within a Saa S or Digital Marketing Services Provider
• 3+ years’ experience in a services / agency delivery role or technical capability in the digital space with understanding of omnichannel campaign management, customer lifecycle programs
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service (Saa S) applications for Online Marketing, CRM, or Campaign Management
• Good understanding of the trend on omnichannel campaigns (e.g. email trend, the preferred compatible coding for interactive content to engage customers in different channels)
• Be creative and ability to think out of the box, solution driven mindset
• A track record of creating and managing different omnichannel campaigns
• A preference for a fast-paced, agile environment
• Embracing technology and change / tech savvy – Flexible working mindset and enjoying working in an evolving environment, driven by technology and change
• Able to work independently and self-motivated individual. You are an avid and fast learner who can think on the spot and use your initiative to solve problems
