The Job:
Lead the building services function for one or more project(s) as designated by the Company in providing strong technical / engineering supports and advices to meet respective project’s requirements on progress, cost, safety and quality.

Provide expertise advice and recommendations in building services works to the project management team during design development and to provide technical / engineering supports in tender assessment of subcontractors as well as material and equipment procurement

Requirements:
Professional membership on building service discipline or equivalent

Minimum 7 years’ post-professional experience and exposure in Arch SD Design and Build Projects is preferred

Good engineering judgment, logical analytical ability, good supervisory and effective communication & interpersonal skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
