Clerk II

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is to assist Local Service Manager (Kowloon) with the following duties:

Perform daily operational and administrative tasks for the general office;

Provide clerical support for committee meetings;

Assist in handling financial matters related to the center;

Assist in organizing events raised by the organization;

Perform any other duties assigned by Headquarters or managers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
F.5 or DSE graduates;

Relevant work experience is preferred;

Basic knowledge of accounting;

Proficient in computer applications;

Basic property management experience is an advantage;

Fair command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Salary: $15,000 or above (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
