Clerk II/Clerical Assistant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530287) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007), OR min. Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, with at least 5 years’ clerical experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in PC and various software applications including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing. They should also be hard working, self-motivated and meticulous. Those with less experience or lower qualifications may be appointed as Clerical Assistant. The appointee will provide clerical support to the Department’s general office.
