Job Description

The construction manager shall be authorized to represent the Contractor on all aspects of the works contract assigned.

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent in appropriate discipline.

A corporate member of HKIE in Civil Engineering disciplines or have a similar chartered engineer qualification.

At least 10 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience as a main contractor’s Project Manager on site with overall responsibilities for infrastructural works.

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as Construction Manager / Project Manager in the use of NEC contracts or be Accredited/Certified NEC3/NEC4 ECC Project Manager or equivalent.

Preferably with experience in road and drain.
