Creative Operations Creative Coordinator / Manager of Projects

This is a 6-month contract Creative Coordinator position.
The Creative Coordinator works side by side with the Traffic Manager. The Traffic Manager works on studio resource and allocations by reviewing all incoming briefs to the creative team, ensuring the briefs are not missing any information, works with the requesters in the business to manage expectations and gains clarity to the requests, sets initial timing plans ensuring the capacity within the creative team is manageable.
The Creative Coordinator manages the projects from end to end. The role will also keep creative studio projects moving on time within Schneider’s operations tool, Adobe Workfront, owning and managing timelines and creative development projects independently.
The Creative Coordinator is a partner to creatives, campaign creation managers, the business. This role also helps coordinate with vendors or agencies as needed and performs some light administrative work when called upon.
Here’s what we expect from you:
- Manage creative projects from start to completion.
- Be the single point of contact on projects.
- Records briefing / tissue meeting actions in Workfront.
- Escalates lagging projects to TM.
- Escalates projects with changing level of effort or large amends/restarts.
- Client relation responsibilities
- Manages proofing.
- Knows every detail of project and timeline.
- Manages timeline changes and status in project.
- Assist with some administrative matters within the Creative Studio
- Communicate key project data and status; escalate operations issues when appropriate.
- Communicate with CCMs to ensure data hygiene; projects stay within allocated hours and reviews.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors as needed.
- Deliver and facilitate exceptional creative, customer service, and operational discipline.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, even remotely.
The ideal candidate brings:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, communications, marketing, or related field or
- Project management experience at an in-house team or agency
- Profound organizational skills and calm under pressure
- Creativity, a sense of humor, radically positive energy
- Outstanding communication habits, presentation skills, and diplomacy
