Scope of the role:
The CRM Manager will lead customer engagement and retention efforts across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands, each generating $5–$50 million in annual sales. Focused on driving sustainable growth, this role will develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies, leveraging tools like Klaviyo, Bitespeed, and Onetext to deliver personalised email, SMS, and Whats App campaigns. The CRM Manager will improve customer lifetime value and enhance overall experiences by analysing customer behaviour and refining segmentation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is essential in aligning CRM initiatives with the company’s broader goals of profitable growth and fostering strong internal cultures across its brands.

Responsibilities:
Customer Segmentation: Create and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behaviour, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalised marketing efforts.
Klaviyo Management:

• Design, implement, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using customer data to refine strategies and improve results.

SMS/Whats App Strategy:

• Manage and take ownership of SMS and Whats App communication channels.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to engage customers, improve retention, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Bitespeed & Onetext Management:

• Oversee customer engagement through Bitespeed and Onetext, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fully integrate these tools into the overall CRM strategy and improve user experiences.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and present insights to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader business goals.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on CRM best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment on campaign designs and customer communication strategies.

Requirements

• C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
• 5+ Years of experience in CRM management or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce or a related sector. (Must Have)
• Proficient in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation. (Must Have)
• Experienced with SMS and Whats App marketing tools (preferably Bitespeed and Onetext).
• Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills to extract actionable insights from customer data.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns effectively with strong organisational skills.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
