Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up and deal with business group inquiries and complaints;

2. Handle ticket complaints;

3. Complete other functional work of the department;

1. 跟進處理商家群咨詢及投訴;

2. 處理工單投訴;

3. 完成部門其他職能工作;

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, 2-3 years of work experience, familiar with computer operation;

2. Experience in warehouse on-site management is preferred;

3. Have good patience and a strong sense of responsibility;

4. Be proficient in using office software

5. Mandarin and Cantonese

1. 大專以上學歷,2-3年工作經驗,熟悉電腦操作

2. 有倉庫現場管理經驗優先

3. 有很好的耐心和很強的責任心

4. 能夠熟練使用office辦公軟件

5. 普通話及廣東話

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00-18:00)

工作時間: 星期一至星期六 (9:00-18:00)
