Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and personalised in-person, email, phone, whatsapp and telegram support in every interaction with drivers and riders.

Going beyond mere problem-solving to identify root causes and work with other members of the team to make continuous improvements.

Make customer care a competitive difference; consistently exceeding the expectations of customers.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma - preferred but not required

Previous work experience in sales / customer service / operations / call centre is a plus

Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin to liaise with customers and international stakeholders.

Good Microsoft Office (E.g. Word/Powerpoint/Excel) skills
