Job Description:
Empower our clients to comprehend our products with ease and confidence
Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Provide support and guidance to clients through Whats App, phone calls, and emails.
Partner with colleagues from diverse departments to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Create and distribute e-Newsletters regularly to keep customers informed about our latest system feature updates.

Requirements:
Degree Holder in Business Communication, Hospitality, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Good presentation and communication skills
Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment, with a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Typing proficiency in Chinese and English
