• Form 5 or above
• 2 years of call center / hotline customer service or telesales experience
• Good communication skills and good team player
• PC skill : Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese input method

Role

• Handle inbound enquiry (NO COLD CALL)
• Follow up their application
• Some admin and documentation work is required
