• This is a renewable contract position until June 2025, subject to approval and actual demand.
• Travel between data centers is required.
• Taxi allowance is provided for midnight travel to and from the data center to home, if required.

Job Description

• Provide support for server pre and post-installation tasks for Hong Kong and other regions.
• Perform server hardware upgrades and fault resolution.
• Report faults on non-live servers.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Dell, Lenovo, and HPE x86 servers.
• Familiarity with Smart, Service Now, NLyet, Appeture, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Cantonese speaking; general English is acceptable.
