- The role reports directly to the CEO and oversees a team of 1 to 5 members.
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of private luxury residential house development projects, including planning, design, construction, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Manage the approval process with the Building Department and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders, including principals, contractors, consultants, and government bodies, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and control project budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Maintain high standards of construction quality, comfort, and aesthetics, ensuring all work meets specified requirements and industry standards.
- Integrate green building practices and smart building management systems to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury residential projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
