Job Description
  • Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities and handle inbound leads and follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Strive to exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, team leaders, and executives to evaluate and refine sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business.
  • Follow up on potential sales leads to convert them into clients.

Job Requirements
  • University graduate or degree holder in an IT-related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
