Nature: Renewable Contract (12 months)
- Ensure IT services meet established quality and service level agreements.
- Manage and mentor IT staff to enhance team performance.
- Oversee timely resolution of IT incidents and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Manage IT changes efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor and track service performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Prepare detailed performance and activity reports regularly.
- Identify and implement best practices for effective service management.
- Oversee resource management and ensure optimal service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT operations and providing PC support, hardware repair, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, COTS products, Apple i OS, and Android OS.
- Experience in IT hardware installation, setup, and configuration (e.g., Lenovo PCs, HP printers, OA peripherals).
- Proficiency in using service desk tools for operations management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Service Now and ticketing systems.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Experience in airport operations is preferred but not required.
- Degree holder in Computing or a related field.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is required.
