Job Description
  • Gather and analyze operational and business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including IT and business units.
  • Define and document functional requirements.
  • Support testing activities.
  • Provide user support.

Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with a background in software development are welcome.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Independent, proactive, innovative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in workflow systems and data visualization is a plus.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
