Job Description
Facilitating and maintaining effective communication channels between clinics and the laboratory.
Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing surgery reports and assisting with orders.
Process orders accurately, track order status, and coordinate with lab technicians for timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including lab technicians and sales representatives, to ensure excellent customer service.

Who We are looking for ;
Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Customer Service or Sales/Marketing (preferably in the dental industry).
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Work experience in dental technology or any professional qualification in dental subjects is a plus.
Work experience as a DSA or dental technician is welcomed.
