Job Descriptions

• Handle full cycle of staff compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll, pay and benefits review, performance and leave management as well as annual tax return;
• Administer HR Information System;
• Participate in various HR projects in compensation and benefits, e.g. compensation surveys and data analysis, as assigned from time to time;
• Support regular HR reports and provide administrative support;
• Participate in corporate projects and assignments from time to time; and
• The employment will be on a 2-year contract term, subject to renewal.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• 5 years or above relevant experience in human resources management with a focus on compensation and benefits;
• Attention to details with strong numeric sensitivity and accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous, proactive and a good team player;
• Independent, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
