We are looking for high-calibre individuals to assist in the operations of the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme and the Personal Loan Guarantee Scheme (collectively the Schemes). The Schemes are operated by HKMC Insurance Limited (HKMCI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited.

Job Descriptions

• Manage the product hotlines and complaint handling in relation to various loan guarantee schemes, such as the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme, the 100% Personal Loan Guarantee Scheme, the Dedicated 100% Loan Guarantee Schemes for specified sectors;
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
• Provide analytical and project management support for product development and implementation of business, PR and operational initiatives;
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects assigned from time to time; and
• The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Well-versed in mediation skills, and qualification as an accredited general mediator of the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited an added advantage;
• A minimum of 10 years relevant working experience, including 5 years management experience;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, positive work attitude, detail-minded, organised and good at teamwork;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Putonghua; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet skills.
