Responsibilities:
Provide onsite / remote support to IT related issues, i.e. infrastructure, systems and network, server, software, and hardware, etc
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
Perform various IT projects such as hardware installation, inventory checking, OS migration, office relocation
Other IT related duties as assigned

Requirements:
1 - 3 years relevant working experience in Field service will be highly preferred
Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and configurations, Windows and MAC OS
Knowledge of Networking in both design and provisioning
Troubleshooting skills for Desktop/WIFI/printers/office applications
Self-motivated, good communication skill and capable to work under pressure
Available for working in multi-location
Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
More experience will be considered as Senior Engineer / System Engineer
