Dishwasher - Food Production Kitchen
FULL TIME

- Daily general cleaning and dish washing of kitchen
- Operate the dishwashing machine and rubbish clearance
- Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping when needed
- Assist the Chef in kitchen daily operation, i.e. prepare food and ingredients
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety levels
- Miscellaneous kitchen duties
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from Chefs and kitchen supervisors
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Dedicated and hardworking
- Good command in spoken English, other languages would be an asset
- Demonstrate a keen interest in western cuisine and a willingness to learn and improve culinary skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
