8-DAYS OFF Monthly (6 Months Contract)

Job Duties:
To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary; decisions in the absence of the senior management;

To provide and ensure efficient and quality frontline guest services at all times;

Handle guest complaints relating to service standards and evaluate proactive action for service improvement;

To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline;

Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level in Front Desk or Guest Services areas

Good Command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Able to adapt to different situations with strong analytical skill;

Able to work overnight shifts.
