Responsibilities:
Represent the management in handling all guest inquiries, dealing with VIP guests and ensuring service excellence

Coordinate and provide instructions to team members of different departments to ensure prompt and adequate service

Work closely with all other departments and to keep a daily log of all occurrences which are to be brought to the attention of the General Manager of the hotel

Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures

Take appropriate action in emergencies to ensure customer, associates and hotel safety by working with the Front Desk and Security & Safety Department

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

5 years' relevant experience in luxury hotels / hospitality industry

Pleasant, presentable, confident with outgoing personality

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Duty Manager
