Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
Handle restaurant reservations. Ensure all reservations are promptly and accurately entered and updated consistently
Handle in-room dining orders from Hotel guests
Create, update and maintain guest profiles in the restaurant reservation system and ensure that all information maintained is accurate
Handle wake-up calls

Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills
Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Able to work independently and shift duty is required
