Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day operations of his maintenance department including preventive maintenance and special projects

Involve on rotate shift (Morning, Evening and Overnight shift)

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, quality of works and standard of performance

Ensure safety standards are always adhered to

Supervise and direct subordinate to complete the assigned tasks

​​​​​​​Conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems

​​​​​​​Monitor, repair and maintain the respective system of the hotel

​​​​​​​Assist in the Engineering operation, maintenance and repair work

Requirements

Minimum 6 years or above relevant experience, preferable in the hotel industry

​​​A holder of Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A or above is preferred
