Job Overview

This role supports the Information Technology department in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a (Senior) Information Technology Support Specialist is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
  • Lead a team of IT support staff to provide hardware and software support to internal customers and hotel guests
  • Provide 2nd tier support for complicated support cases
  • Involve in systems implementations and upgrade projects
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers on system implementations or issues
  • Prepare operation manuals and user guides


Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
  • 3-4 years’ experience with exposure to both networking and business applications support
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science
  • Hands-on knowledge of supporting VMWare, Veeam, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, network & security, and hotel applications including PMS and POS
  • Strong analytical and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player who is guest oriented, proactive, resourceful, energetic and confident
  • Experience in leading operational teams
  • Depending on relevant experience and expertise, will be considered for a specialist or senior specialist role.
