E-commerce Operation Manager

Our client, a leading healthcare group, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to strategize and execute plans to boost online sales, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and carry out sales promotions for products, and manage pricing strategies
  • Oversee e-commerce profit and loss, driving profitability and growth
  • Manage the ecommerce team, ensuring smooth operations across various platforms, including updating content, setting promotions, planning marketing campaigns, and handling logistics and inventory
  • Collaborate with agencies across e-commerce platforms to meet company objectives
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to reach sales targets, utilizing various channels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, e Commerce, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce, with hands-on experience in developing own e Shops and managing 3rd party marketplaces, preferably in the healthcare, retail, or FMCG industry
  • A team-oriented individual with the ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure and tight schedules
  • An open-minded thinker who can think outside the box yet work practically
  • Experience in Hong Kong and China markets will be an advantage
