Engineer/ Assistant Engineer, Broadband Access Network Design
- Design and plan the broadband networks and services for residential and commercial customers
- Lead a team to fulfill broadband network rollout and replenishment, fallout order handling, and inventory updates
- Conduct Capex application for broadband network rollout
- Coordinate both internal and external teams to plan, design, install and operate the networks, delivered the services within SLA
- Design service provision and restoration flows, OSS and automation processes for delivering the services to customers
To Succeed in the Role
- Degree holder in IT or related disciplines with at least 10 years relevant working experience and at least 5 years in manager position
- Team management experience with team size over 20 is preferred
- Understand on Broadband technologies, e.g. PON, DSL, Wi-Fi, will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
