Job Description

• As part of the corporate MIS team, you will work closely with BA and IT team members on MIS application projects and support;
• Provide the 1st tier support to our regional offices (Asia and North America), including use case follow up, resolving system issues from daily operation, and streamlining business process;
• Provide user training on system operation procedures and assist user on system configuration;
• Customize reports according to business requirements;
• Prepare and continuously enhance application support documents and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of ERP application implementation or support experience;
• Familiar with ERP Accounting module and knowledge of cost analysis;
• Knowledge in one or multiple application modules including supply chain, inventory management or production process;
• Strong problem solving capability to tackle issues from the root cause;
• Good analytical skills to analyse business processes, user requirements, and come up with system solution;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in SAP Business By Design a plus;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Occasional travel is required;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
