CITY Security Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the City Services Group , a public listed company of Hong Kong and has been established in Hong Kong since January 1997.

Working time: 5 days per week.

Mon-Fri: 0845-1800

Responsibilities:
Property Manager in day-to-day operation, liaison, administration and handling document

To build up and maintain good relationships with clients

To handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners

To attend meetings of incorporated Owners

To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors

Requirements

Diploma holder or above with Property Management or related discipline in advantage

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Property Management supervising experience

Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License

Out-going, self-motivated and willing to learn

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing

Salary: $35000 - $40000
