Foodlink Foundation is a Hong Kong based registered charity whose mission is to mitigate huger while reducing food wastage at hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong. Foodlink’s beneficiaries include homeless individuals living in shelters, street-sleepers, migrants, asylum seekers, the unemployed, the elderly and disenfranchised individuals/family.

Event Marketing Executive

Event Marketing Executive drives planning, coordination and execution of community events with the dual purpose of raising funds, public engagement and awareness for the Foundation’s cause. The candidate implements marketing campaigns tailored to specific events, ensuring they contribute to the Foundation’s goals.

Responsibilities:
Maintain brand content across digital platforms and other marketing collaterals

Manage web content and other social media channels

Develop event marketing strategies and concepts

Manage timelines for multiple events

Oversee the production of event materials and digital content

Execute event promotion across various channels

Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders

Analyze event performance and gather feedback for improvements.

Requirements for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Science or relevant discipline

Minimum 3 years related working experience, with experience in public sector a plus

Proficient in computer software applications including Photoshop/Canva and video editing software

Independent with a strong attention to details and an ability to multitask

Fluent in English and Chinese

Passionate in working for charity
