Executive Officer I/Executive Officer II

Duties
The appointee is required to provide administrative support to College Office on undergraduate programmes and student/alumni activities.
  • Plan and organise student activities and leadership programmes (including College Orientation, Commencement, Young Scholars Programme, Study Tours, Student Workshops and Competitions, etc.);
  • Prepare budget and procurement management in the scope of undergraduate student activities;
  • Coordinate with Central Offices and Academic Units on implementation of scholarship and reporting;
  • Manage and support the College’s Student Bodies;
  • Provide secretarial support to the Student Enrichment Committee;
  • Plan and coordinate alumni relations and development;
  • Liaise with departments and units within and outside the University;
  • Support on new initiatives and ad-hoc projects initiated by the College; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Working irregular hours and travelling occasionally outside Hong Kong may be required.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years’ relevant experience in committee work and organising student events. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; being pleasant, self-motivated and energetic; ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure and as a team are required.
Candidate with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
