Job Responsibilities :
Develop, implement and review internal control procedures and ensure the control self-assessments are properly carried out
Facilitate the mitigation of operational risks and ensure associated controls are in place and sufficient
Review and recommend improvement to optimize controls and comply with the group's policies and regulations
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement, provide sound recommendations and validate effectiveness of remediation
Ensuring the applicable company registration / licensing requirements are complied with
Coordinating internal and external audits related to financial compliance and addressing any findings
Preparing and analysing quarterly financial results under IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
Assisting in ICFR program implementation and related tasks
Assisting in handle credit terms & credit insurance application and annual review
Participate or support other audit assignments or ad-hoc projects if necessary

Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, audit, compliance or risk management, with some experience in a supervisory role is preferable
Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards and ICFR
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and best practices
Strong attention to details, good interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills, self-motivated and active team player, able to work independent and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel / Powerpoint etc.
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
