Job Description
Directly responsible for key accounts (“KAM”): engaging with the customers and Noatum’s network as the lynchpin in developing a strong relationship with the customers.
Actively plans and executes key account strategy: design solutions, build and develop KAM customers through relationship management and to satisfy customers and partners by utilizing company's E-COM/KAM/ISC products.
Review and implement commercial business development plan on KAM business to align with company's direction.
Proactively identifies new opportunities: increasing the footprint of business and solutions with future and current clients.
Regularly conducts structured review sessions: aligning and updating customers on customer strategy and priorities; adjusting our value proposition; offering continuous improvement and innovation.
Set up and follow SOP, traffic flow, communicate with customers and overseas counterpart.
Drive operations excellence by working closely with Customer Services, Operations team and warehouse colleagues.
Build and manage RFQs & tenders: partnering with our business units to deliver attractive pricing and service.
Competently connects virtual account teams and exchanging best practices with sales leads.
Successfully controls monthly performance: monitoring volume, profitability, pipeline, overdue, and ensuring immediate actions in case of deviations (i.e., timeliness / accurate reporting).
Effectively hands over new business: transitioning new business into operations to ensure that customer requirements and commitments are met.
Participate in ad hoc projects when required

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or other related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in ecommerce.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Mature, pleasant, good team player and detail-minded
Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Less experience will be consider as Assistant Account Manager
