Fleet Manager

Greater Bay Yacht Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the management and operations of our fleet of yachts. The ideal candidate will have a strong yachting background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the yachting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the yacht fleet, ensuring maintenance programs are followed
  • ⁠Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and refits, working closely with marine engineers and technicians.
  • ⁠Liaise with yacht owners, captains, and crew to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of each yacht, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.
  • ⁠Maintain detailed records of fleet operations, maintenance, and expenses.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in yacht fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of yacht maintenance.
  • ⁠Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Class IV Vessel COP
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • ⁠Passion for the yachting industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
