Responsibilities：

Maintain the aircraft specification for the entire fleet to cover the latest status of the line checks, heavy checks, engine shop visit, APU shop visit, landing gear and AD/SB status.
Run out aircraft utilization monthly. Provide the monthly utilization report to Lessor
Delivery particular requirements in terms of the aircraft usage limitations in accordance with the agreement terms
Ensure the agreement terms compliance. Monitor the payment status
Interface with HKA internally and Lessor externally aspect to the technical communications
Monitor the redelivery condition. Raise potential contract terms non-compliant items
Raise the reimbursements regarding the maintenance reserves. Aircraft return delivery check on site monitoring and coordinating
Perform other duties or projects assigned by management

Requirements：

At least 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or records environment
Degree in Engineering, or a relevant discipline
Familiarity with key HKA M&E stakeholders, understanding whom to contact in various situations to quickly resolve issues
Working knowledge and experience with Engineering & PRO and the ability to search for various aircraft or component records, and what key information those records should maintain
Familiarity with key HKA Tech Ops stakeholders, understanding whom to contact in various situations to quickly resolve issues
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
Willing to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice
Willing to duty travel when required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer, Aircraft Fleet Management
